      You get to work with talented people, Interesting technology, Plenty to learn, challenging work, most of the groups had good leadership.

      Cons

      Opportunities within the company are available, but limited due to the size of the company. Understaffing causes a lot of stress with deadlines.

      Amazing company to work at. Great team, great projects, great mentors, amazing colleagues and travel opportunities. Good health benefits

      Not so good 401K matching, less than market level salaries. Sometimes stubborn management when it comes to promotion.
