      Pros

      The leadership is excellent - direct access to everyone including the CEO. Lots to learn, very innovative. Excellent team as well. Great place to grow professionally - this company has a future and its evident from the growth that it has had as well as the consistent positive customer feedback. There are bouts of high pressure sometimes but that is normal in every startup.

      Cons

      like I said, bouts of high pressure sometimes but that is normal in every startup; nothing that I can say is really a "con"
