Pros

Very attentive, helpful and supportive team, wide variety of interesting work in high quality projects.

Cons

Private equity buyout of parent company has made life difficult. D3T side senior management doing their best and being as transparent as possible but only so much can be done.

Pros

Most people you work with are great people and really friendly and good at what they do, just usually flooded with work. Flexibility with being remote too.

Cons

Management is degrading. Most execs are jumping ship to the parent company. Mass layoffs with little warning and no transparency. Low morale, poor communication across departments. All employee benefits are being slowly stripped away. The parent company forced them to keep hiring which resulted in the company collapsing on itself and high turnover rates, even if this picks up it'll just drop again at the end of projects. Pay is as minimal as you'll find. Pressure to work out of hours to get things done, high pressure to please clients. Mental health is not well supported. Work load can be extremely high for juniors and mid level, leads are always in meetings and are placed on other projects which make actual support harder to come by.

Pros

Wonderful culture and working environment, genuinely one of the best groups of people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. 0 crunch, very flexible.

Cons

Management can be opaque sometimes specially when it comes to hard decisions and company wide visibility. Progression feels slow / limited from mid to senior.
