Pros

To some extent work culture, it again depends on your manager & the team. You could get a lot new things to learn.

Cons

Salaries not paid on time, this is the biggest worry ever an employee has had with this organization. Another shocker is your full & final settlement doesn't reach you even after many years. Ex-employees who have quit the organization prior to 4+ years are yet t o receive their settlement. Plus the higher management & the accounts team refuse to talk to the employees while called & enquired about the settlement. Sincere suggestion to all, please do not take up a job here.,

Pros

- Hybrid - fun friday activities - Some manager(s) are good and always ready to help.

Cons

- No coffee or water machine. Office boys will give you coffee/tea in unwashed cup containing undissolved milk solids which look eww. They serve water in jugs, looks unprofessional. - The building and work environment looks like of a government bank. - Don't provide good salary or appraisal so negotiate as much as you can when joining. - The salary comes on 7th of each month, typical lala company. - Here are rules of sandwich leaves, typical lala company. - And many of their male senior old employees makes inappropriate remarks on women in the name of jokes. Pathetic married men who have children, still trying on young girls. - corporate politics as usual - They don't even give proper chairs and table to their employees. LOL, talk about being a reputed company. - They will suddenly ask you to leave anytime. - No health insurance or other benefit for employees except PF - They don't guide, only judge.
