Pros

- Good pay - Collaborative colleagues within same department. - High profit margin business - Strength in US Financial services retail banking sector

Cons

- Revenue risk - Main revenue contributor from FSI customer for Travel loyalty program going away to competitor. - Possible downsizing - Management accountability & communication lacking - Gift , Travel product innovation not keeping up to market. No mobile app. Smaller nimble companies eating its lunch - Constant change in top leadership. Implemented org structure and strategy obsolete - Low Employee morale - People working in silos - Time frame for annual bonus not fixed. - Performance review process broken - Senior Management risk adverse going into new segments/markets - No new president. Led by acting president from corporate group. - Marketing campaigns are lacklustre compared to industry standards - No real use of data analytics to solve customer issues. - Office Culture is such that everyone does only what is expected of role and not beyond. - Minimal investment back to R&D to innovate in new products. Customer have to pay for enhancements.

Pros

It was actually in 2018 when I started right before COVID. Call center. Customers call in to trade their credit card Rewards into travel-flights, cars, hotels. Management was easy to talk to. Fun environment. Fun lil luncheons. Easy after awhile. Worked OT & won a Chromebook

Cons

Oh a point attendance system, did quality meetings with stats. A lot of time felt like I was a number & only brought up negatives during coaching. Some people get motivated by strengths.
