Excellent product and well connected with plenty of recruitment businesses

Directors/owners are probably the biggest con, they've created a toxic environment - the fact that 70% of their staff reported on an anonymous survey that they'd quit and felt some form.of mental health issue should tell it all. Management are very poor - they've all clearly never been trained - they've picked it up from the top is very apparent Micromanaged They talk about their customers and clients rather poorly behind closed doors Office is rather poor (location and facilities) It was the worst place I've ever had the misfortune to work Maybe things might improve after bullhorn takeover

Representing a high quality and innovate product Lovely team full of smart people It's fun getting involved with so many customers Always innovating, the product never stands still
