Great product, terrible management - Sales cube19 Employee Review

Great team, everyone is supportive and the product is viewed highly by the industry and its users.

I was there when the team and business was smaller so there didn't feel like there was much opportunity to grow into more senior roles.

Excellent product and well connected with plenty of recruitment businesses

Directors/owners are probably the biggest con, they've created a toxic environment - the fact that 70% of their staff reported on an anonymous survey that they'd quit and felt some form.of mental health issue should tell it all. Management are very poor - they've all clearly never been trained - they've picked it up from the top is very apparent Micromanaged They talk about their customers and clients rather poorly behind closed doors Office is rather poor (location and facilities) It was the worst place I've ever had the misfortune to work Maybe things might improve after bullhorn takeover
