Pros
I can't name any pros about this freelancing site, it is good for clients as they are treated as kings have dozens of creatives competing against each other only for the client to pick whatever they subjectively feel they like the most.
Cons
Horrible customer service, they don't pay you on time. I have been waiting for more than 50 days now and they haven't released my awards prizes to my bank account. Whenever you send them an email complaining about the situation, all you get in return is an automated robotic response.
