Pros
Friendly team members who are likely (and unfortunately) trauma bonded.
Cons
Based on my experience and after reading through other reviews, it’s clear this company still has some real issues when it comes to operations and HR practices. Interestingly, this doesn’t seem to be acknowledged over the years despite the extremely high turnover rates and frequent firings. Nearly every team seems to experience an unbelievable level of turnover - except for one - which points to a possible area in need of the biggest improvement: operations and upper management.
When a company consistently replaces almost its entire team within a single year and hits a 70%+ turnover rate in one year, essentially becoming a revolving door of employment, something is clearly not working. No one benefits from this situation - not the employees, not the management, and certainly not the clients. Whether it’s an inability to act on feedback from departing employees (even though they are conducting exit interviews), a flawed hiring process, or an operations / leadership team shaped by favouritism and nepotism, there’s clearly room for growth.
It was also difficult to raise legitimate concerns while employed here when operations, who functioned as the HR-adjacent team, had notably close relationships to upper management, making transparency and accountability even harder.
It would be great to see the company take these voices and reviews into consideration and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
To all those applying - just know, there is a reason they are frequently hiring for the same roles.
