Pros
First the good - there are very talented, friendly and dedicated people working here. The projects can be very interesting and the compensation is also good.
Cons
Unfortunately that's not the end of the story. I wouldn't recommend this company to people who want to feel empowered and supported by their leaders. The founder (also my line manager) made little effort to build a relationship with me from the outset, while undermining many of the decisions I tried to make. They also observed another manager behaving unprofessionally towards me multiple times, and failed to intervene. Nonetheless, there are people trying to make a positive change in the company, and depending on how much autonomy you prefer to have, you may very well have a good experience here.
