An organised company with great opportunities to learn and develop in your career, they also emphasise to team bonding and events

However very toxic environment. Very long hours without get paid overtime . Unfair treatment to employees, there is not a structure way who is going to get promoted or not it depends if you have strict team leader or not. Also there is a big issue with people who have higher positions , it cannot be that in certain teams many people leaving or get fired and this is not considered as an issue by the company.
