Pros

I got to work with some great people.

Cons

The COO, Maddie Thomas was one of the worst people I have ever come across in my professional career. She is a bully, has zero empathy and will throw you under the bus and burn you if you stick up for yourself and others. Absolutely awful person. Encourages and thrives in a toxic environment. Exceptional people in my team were completely overlooked and given zero recognition for their work and dedication. Rewards and credit are always given to favorites and never to people doing the real work.

Pros

Strong mission-driven culture with clear organizational goals. Despite the challenges facing the healthcare staffing industry after COVID, leadership(Ted J. ) communicated openly about the company's situation and provided employees with a clear understanding of priorities and expectations.

Cons

Following the leadership transition(removal of Ted J.), communication around company stability and the pending merger was a major concern. For more than six months, employees faced ongoing uncertainty while seeking clarity about the organization's future. The lack of transparent communication contributed to increased stress, reduced morale, and a workplace environment where many employees felt anxious about their job security.
