We’d like to address the perception of high leadership attrition. In reality, we’ve hired several new leaders in the second half of the year, reflecting our growth trajectory and strategic direction. With the recent appointment of our new CEO and other leadership additions, we’re excited about the positive momentum going into 2025 and are confident these changes will drive further success.
In terms of listening to employee needs, this remains a staunch priority for us. Whether through AMAs, All-Hands Q&A sessions, Telescope surveys, or conversations with your business partners, we are always looking for ways to hear and act on your feedback.
