Pros
I have total trust in the leadership and their genuine care of the people. Our values (Humble, Ambitious, Smart and Humane) are lived and demonstrated at all levels (even up to the supervisory board) on a daily basis. I have seen the C-suite team make difficult but courageous decisions driven by the common goal to make comforte and our customers successful and ensure that comforte is a great place to work. Work life balance is fantastic with a results oriented approach.
Cons
It is a smaller company which naturally means some processes (that are second nature for those coming from large corporates) are not fully in place. This may be an adjustment to those used to very well defined processes. We are evolving lean processes as needed so personally this is not a concern for me. With the strong leadership we have, nothing is insurmountable.
