      Extremely high staff turnover, lack of resources, CEO is prideful, insecure and treats her employees poorly. If she feels bad about how she has berated the team, she makes it up with a team lunch instead of an apology. Expected to wear many hats without recognition

      Don't be fooled. Let me tell you what we're NOT going to do in 2024....We're not gonna let these founders and their staff get away with wasting time. I was contacted by a Cocokind HR "recruiter", who asked for a call with me, and then completely didn't even show up to the call. No response, no explanation. No professionalism whatsoever.
