Cons
The management is really poor. They randomly have pickup management team, who does not have technical knowledge and they are just looks from call center background. So, as a technical guy no one can survive with such managers. Management only do force and pressurize you to get the task done but not even try to understand the scope of that task due to zero technical knowledge. As a technical professional, this situation was particularly frustrating and made it extremely challenging to thrive within the organization. Effective management is crucial for providing clear direction, support, and the necessary resources to excel in a technical role. However, the management team's lack of technical knowledge hindered our ability to work efficiently and effectively.
