Working on the future of mobility - Assistant Project Manager cloudmobility Employee Review

From day 1 at cloudmobility I felt welcome and was able to communicate with everyone openly. There is quite a flat hierarchy, which makes it easy to approach everyone and work together. What is really great here is, that we are working on a project of the future, shaping the future of mobility. Your ideas are heard and really count and you have the opporunity to be at the forefront of something new and exciting, as well as taking responsibility for your own projects. Apart from that, we have the opportunity for pretty flexible hours. We work in many remote teams, so you get to meet people from a lot of different cultures, as well as the option of home office if you need it.

So far the only con I can think of is, that I have only met a lot of my colleagues online, only a few in person. This is mostly due to the pandemic, but we are a geographically dispersed team, so this is a classic challenge.

The leadership is really awesome. From the people steering the product to the way we sell and market. Really forward thinking Super customer focused Really objective. I feel comfortable approaching anyone with data, logic and a good arguement to change something for the better.

There seems to be an odd schism in the middle because of our interesting corporate structure A unified culture is a little lacking but I'm sure it'll improve as we grow
