Originally career advancement was a challenge but their new COO has a clear and vocalized plan to make improvements.

Prior to the new sales leader joining, it seemed like a great, family oriented environment. Employees were happy, just needed GOOD new leadership. Unfortunately they selected the wrong leader in Ozzy Nunez.

Since he has shown up, he has gotten 2 representatives to quit. I started there only 4 months ago, 1 month before he was hired. Since he has joined, he seemed to be better at destroying departments than building them. I worked hard, I even helped other managers cover for someone else’s role who was no longer there. I got along well with everyone and other management in the organization. With literally 0 warning, 0 conversations, no communication whatsoever he lays me off without any real reason. Ozzy Nunez puts on a presentation like he cares about people but the reality is he is a destroyer who only talks and cares about himself. So don’t think for a second he cares about you and your success. He will fake being friendly and fire you without warning or notice. No idea why they bothered to hire me,
