Extremely micromanaged and most employees are rude as hell. The upper management promote people who doesn't have any idea how to improve the company. If you are some one looking for career growth and good working environment, look somewhere else. The floor is always dirty and the machines are very old to work on. You won't learn much and will be pushed by the management to work more than you are paid for. The company as a whole is a shitshow. NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
