      Some great people, and was fun during the growth phase

      The business wasn't left alone to grow and evolve. WF just didn't get it.

      Individual teams 'can' be good Lots of opportunities to do things outside of your 'normal' role

      Cons

      you have to do things outside your normal role because no one else is there to do it. WFH policy needs to be flexible No staff discount don't feel you know what the company is trying to achieve
