Get you foot in many doors, get to know multiple company cultures, tackle problems in many different areas. Will give you a pretty good idea of what you will want to do or at least the next step you would want to take.

Benefits aren’t as good as bigger companies. If you are not in any projects you have to use PTO to cover those hours. Overtime is not well rewarded, to the point most people I work with just prefer to take X amount of hours off for X amount of hours of overtime. Most of the work is validation and packaging engineering, so very narrow in what areas we can work in.
