Pros

Somewhat relaxed dress code, on site workout area, lots of down time in the spring and summer.

Cons

No one there seems to have a sense of humor. They did not appreciate some harmless pranks and canned me but I'm glad that I left. Their software is painfully boring to learn and I prefer a more progressive and stimulating place to work. The pay was not much and there really was not much room for advancement. Plus they want you to travel often. Plus Arlington is not a great location.

Pros

The company is very small which makes it feel more personal and supportive. The management was very organized and showed great leadership. There a vast amount of hands on training which allowed you to become very skilled very quickly. Everyone is reasonable and down to earth. Management also had a great understanding of personal and their families. IT is a very relaxed environment.

Cons

The company is very frugal so at times you'll find yourself working with 10 year old equipment or playing the improvising game. Training is meant to be a learn as you go hands on experience however there was minimal guidance or management in the training department.

Pros

This used to be a top quality company with a very hard working group of dedicated employees, managers and owners. That's totally gone now.

Cons

Now owned by a Canadian conglomerate. Within one month they fired 15 employees, most with tenures over 20 years. The majority of these folks were over 50 years of age. Armed security was brought in one morning and within an hour all 15 folks were escorted out of the building. Essentially, the company was purchased for the customer base, with intentions to move those customers to another software platform and then the goal is to ultimately eliminate c-Systems.
