Pros
It's a failing startup. The only pros are the people (not upper management): you're working with talented and bilingual people who have worked with great companies. Unfortunately, most of them have left or are leaving too.
Cons
- People are severely overworked because of brutal KPIs, rigged so high that no one will pass it (this way, they have reason not to promote you) - Severely bad HR and employee mismanagement. Recently, they have laid off 70% of employees. They don't even have the money to pay severance, and are just forcing employees to resign. - Employees who are offered to "stay" get a 20% pay cut with 2-3 times more tasks. - Hypocrites: They claim to donate food for children in need, which is all just marketing to please their investors. They don't even want to pay their employees and constantly change HR policies to favor the company. - Company is in the middle of laying off people, so if you join, it will be very messy. It is very "hail Mary" at this point.
