No pros, company is not professional

They send me an offer, and I waited for the contract, but then they didn't respond me about 1 month, since I got offer from this company I declined other offers, and I stayed unemployed.

poorly managed by incompetent people Stupidity in every level My work was never properly planned or organized Stupid and meaningless kpis A total waste of my time and like Should have resigned from day I if not for the visa thing But anyway Japan is a hugely depressing and boring place what makes matters worse, people there love to look "famil-y"--I guess that's what people in toxic company cultures love:)
