I want to clarify a couple of your points. While I appreciate and completely understand your meaning, my job is to provide the opportunity for independent contractors to make great money, but I don't provide the tools needed to do the work. Recruiters really don't need much to be successful here, but you will need your own phone, access to the internet, and if you find it helpful, a CRM (which is a useful tool, but it's not required). A CRM is an optional tool recruiters choose to bring to the job if a CRM fits their organization style. Think of it this way, if you're an independent contractor who builds decks and I hire you to add a deck to a house I'm building, you'd have to bring your own hammer, drill, and other necessary tools. This contract works the same way. That said, the money recruiters make working with us affords them the opportunity to add just about any tool they feel would help them do a better job. And while a CRM is a great tool, again, it's not required to work here with us. Finally, making this kind of money will always require a time commitment that a typical 9 to 5 doesn't require. Just like the income potential here far exceeds the earning potential at just about any 9 to 5 job. And I don't think any of us want anything to do with a 9 to 5 job.
