      Pros

      Some very smart and nice people who try very hard to a good job.

      Cons

      Management tries very hard to run things but ultimately final decisions come down to the owner and that is the issue. Owner has a different approach on how to motivate employees that would not work at most other companies. Owner changes his mind frequently and at times is all over the place. Working here may be a right fit for you but I would say proceed with caution and always keep your options open.

      busHive strives to provide a rewarding environment for our employees, most of whom have stayed with us for over 5 years. Many of our employees have enjoyed promotions, many have had significant salary increases and bonuses to reward their success, all enjoy health benefits that pay 100% of a single plan and a 3% matching 401K. We also try to be very accommodating to a good work/life balance. I am very confident that any employee who is achieving at a high level and who has earned the respect of their peers will be rewarded accordingly

      Pros

      I have been working for busHive now for about 8 months. I can say with confidence that this is the happiest I have ever been at a job. The team here at busHive is very supportive and encouraging. The Owner is very down to earth, and personable. I have never felt like I couldn't just be myself when meeting, and working with my boss or our team. The team works very well together and gets quite a bit accomplished. There are busier times and it can seem a little stressful every now and then; but during these times the owner has been nothing but supportive and encouraging, thanking the employees for their hard work during the busy times. I have always felt that my hard work is valued, because the team takes the time to thank each other when we help each other out, and the owner is always very vocal about giving credit where it is due. Sincerely, this is a fantastic place to work!
