Cons
The CEO is out right rude, has emotional outbursts (threatens to fire people and openly talks about people behind their back),clearly not the right person to lead the company. The options won't be life changing like they say, the leadership team is a joke. The only people who know what they are doing end up leaving because they won't be a part of the toxic culture anymore. They promote people who have no idea what they are doing and their managers have no experience or training. There is a lot of nepotism in the company so its destined for failure because no one pushes back on the CEO. Core values are laughable, "Just say it" only works one way and its the CEO yelling at everyone. The product is not in a working state and won't be for some time, that explains why all the clients are churning.
