- Supportive immediate supervisor and colleagues. It really depends. I feel like half of them is friendly and half were not. - Quite high salary for an entry level -

- Fixed working hours - Weird culture. They have dress code but most of the times they wear whatever they want to wear in the office. - No training provided. You learn by yourself.

Not fast paced, depends how you see it, can be a con as everyone here seems slow and constantly having time to chit chat, gossips or playing with their phone

• Odd environment, high political and unequal renumeration, especially with high salary but not doing jobs or act like a leader • Internal back office are unqualified but managed to stay seated due to connections • Has vision but does not follow through • Stagnant and afraid of change • Terrible management acting as advisors, especially old staff with their own political way which is definitely very bad • Irrational and lack of common sense • Only taking care of the inner circle that has connections, losing talents • Joke of the company, some staff are unprofessional • Some staff had more privilege to work from home, not standardised • Take this as a family run business, just that they are not blood related
