Pros

Some great technical and commercial people Interesting and challenging projects Generous benefits

Cons

Poor management and leadership by female managers Tolerates bullying culture Claims to support women in the workplace, however reality is very different - most female middle managers are poor role models, some are didactic and others abuse the flexible workplace arrangements by rarely showing up in the office Does not support employees with health problems (both physical & mental) - such employees are forced to leave Lack of transparent career progression Biased allocation of training & development opportunities

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
