      Immediate boss shows favouritism. Psychologically unsafe. Cannot call a spade a spade. Mental harrasment at the hand of a colleague. No knowledge sharing. You are made to appear insufficient due to their toxic behaviour. Non inclusive. Do not walk the company's value. Difficult colleagues are not reprimanded but are promoted
