      Pros

      Amazingly smart people in IT and Operations. Was great company culture, but diminished with more input from parent company. Pay and combined benefits are excellent. Some have been lost since Covid. Currently well set and in a growth phase 2022-23.

      Cons

      DEI, high pressure, sometimes lacks individual kindness and room for personal health. They used to focus more on employee health but the bottom line is overwhelmingly the key focus.
