A bit chaotic, the organization did not become leaner at all after the reorganization. Several management levels continue to inhibit the communication of problems to the levels where the decisions are actually taken. Poor performers are not removed from the organization which makes life more difficult for people who are willing to work. I personally did not like that I did not have any fixed place in the office, this makes the workplace very impersonal.
