      Everyone is overpaid and it locks people into roles and the company when they really should leave Worst bullying culture with bullies being protected when people spoke up, that I have ever encountered this is a cash rich organisation which believes its access to money can allow it to do whatever it wants to whoever they want in whichever way they want
