      Good exposure to a range of work. Great people and alot of responsibility considering grade. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries have declined for grads from a 10%py rise to ~3%. Also starting salary cut. Constant cost cutting. Limited field experience opportunities. Shrinking industry, risk of redundancy in future.
