      Pros

      BP is a stable company with many opportunities for those who are willing to pursue them hard. It is a great place to pick up analytical skill set and looks solid on a resume.

      Cons

      Very hard career advancement as those benefits are given to the Challenger program....especially in trading. Lots of red tape and very hard to advance out of the middle office.
