Pros

- Abundance of opportunities for personal development - Good career roadmaps - Plenty of international travel (at least as an engineer) - Yet to hear of a company that offers a better work/life balance in terms of days off (flex fridays/away days/working from home possible) - Great benefits package (medical, free lunch, generous personal allowance) - Above-average salary, certainly for engineers - Graduates have a very generous training budget - Strong team ethos and quite a few team-building days/team-focussed events organised each year, alongside work parties. - Great graduate network always organising get-togethers

Cons

- Outer london location (for me anyway) - Still dealing with Macondo - Average age of middle/senior management is high - Very male-dominated in engineering... almost feels like an 'old boy's club' if you want to progress up the ladder

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
