Don't apply to work here, take my advice on this. - Petrol Station Assistant bp Employee Review

Pros

Nice co workers and customers, holiday pay but this is only to compensate for minimum wage

Cons

Since I'm under 18, I get a lovely pay of £4.05 an hour. Real nice when you have to start paying for a car or having to get to college everyday by bus which costs £6.10 return. Management needs to chill down, shouting and swearing at me whilst I'm serving customers. I think most people that apply here leave within 2 weeks and they messed up my wages which I had to wait 3 MONTHS for. It's just a joke working here, take my advice and find somewhere else. Whatever you get, it's better than here.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
