      - customers are friendly and talkative if you approach them positively - Work isn’t too demanding if you don’t let them bulldoze you

      Cons

      - near impossible to book time off - everyone’s miserable so don’t expect a positive atmosphere - they will try to pressure you about every little thing but rarely follow through on consequences
