Pros
Some of the coworkers are great to work with, and the job itself can be rewarding when things run smoothly.
Cons
Management gives very little advance notice for overtime — usually only a week or less. This makes it difficult to plan personal time, family events, or even basic rest. It also adds unnecessary stress and has a negative impact on mental health. Better scheduling communication and more consistent planning would go a long way toward improving morale.
