Job security is at risk as the company cutting cost by closing down whole business unit, outsourcing and cutting necessity eg: monitor, laptop replacement, servers, licenses, etc. worst still increment and bonus impacted by business profitability and yet senior management spent on exclusive yacht trip, fancy north pole marathon, luxury annual trip, unnecessary business trips.
