      Remote first, easy to get in

      Once you join, there will be no growth financial nor professional, you're unlikely to learn anything new, leadership is bullying, disrespectful and takes no feedback. You'll be asked to work more and more without any reward until you burn out. Comp is below market. They have very little process and weak, cheap tools, it's chaotic mess and people are not exactly motivated to work. Internal reviews indicate that most employees would not recommend bolttech to their friends and family which speaks for itself.

      Everything other than the salary, which although generous doe not make up for the lack of direction, training, top talent retention (most people leave because they are fed up and too good to work for bolttech). There is no training program whatsoever - if you don't seek it out on your own, you will be stagnant and they will tell you that you are not good enough. They will NOT tell you what you need to do to to be where they need you to be and it doesn't matter if they do since there a no resources. You can ask someone with knowledge but they have their own work to do and will not be thorough. The words "proactive" and "feedback" are not a part of the bolt language. They even admitted that they are severly lacking when it comes to documenting processes and requirements. IT'S JUST ONE BIG S**TSHOW. Not a disgruntled employee - they did me a favor by laying me off. I'm so much happier now.
