Bolt leadership and IT did a phenomenal job getting us home and keeping us employed, what a testament to caring about us during a global pandemic. Our business continued without skipping a beat. Our leadership does a great job virtually. It’s inclusive and supports communication using technology.
Cons
Ramp up quickly is our culture. This can be hard for some. We are growing quickly, so some moments can be very hard. Sometimes we can be a little closed minded so we have to be extra clear communicators and listeners, this is advice to all; not always applied. The cons are far less than the pros.
