There are no pros at working here; management act like little girls and boys, don't take ownership, and love gossiping about lower-ranked employees. OH and don't make a mistake!

The CEO of this company is a complete joke. He has no idea what he is doing or how to run a company. His way or the highway. I am completely in awe at the incompetency. Managing by Excel is so 1990's...
