Thanks for the review. We have recently put senior technical people in charge of product direction as part of building three consulting and support practices. This has the advantage of placing the decisions with the people who understand them and they remain accountable for the performance of their teams and the technologies. This has addresses the issue of accountability you mentioned that in some places was weaker than needed. As you are a current employee it would be great to have this discussion in person so we can build together. Lets talk.
