You'll work really cool projects for high end clients.
Cons
You'll be so over loaded with clients and jobs. They expect outrageous over time that you're not compensated for to complete the tasks handed out. They are understaffed and under skilled in departments, putting a ton of work on the shoulders of the "strong" employees. They keep talking about family first and having fun at work but this company has ran their team through the mud and morale is extremely low. I would say half of the team is looking to jump ship. The salary was not what I was promised, and hear that from many employees that the bonus was sold to be way more than it really ends up being. Don't base your income off it like they want you too as it's not solid like explained. Almost everyone in a high up position is related and the atmosphere is very high school clique because of that.
