Pros
Good people, good perks, generally good management with a pretty good work-life balance. Office parties and events are pretty fun. Catered lunches every payday, a working movie theatre and beer on tap.
Cons
Low project budgets, not much room for advancement, not enough time or attention given to post-mortems or employee input. Some members of upper management are difficult to work with. Sometimes bite off more than they can chew in terms of promised features vs. budget allocated.
