Pros
Lot's of structure and set schedule. The pay has been good. I have been there 8 years and have gotten a raise of some sort every year. The yearly bonus is awesome too
Cons
Each year they have been slowly lowering the benefits. Company has also gotten more and more into micromanaging. They care more if you took 5 extra minutes on your break then if people get hurt at work. Each department is like its own company, some are great, some are horrible.
