Pros
The only upside was that I was well compensated for the position I was hired for. That said, it was partially subsidized, so there's that.
Cons
Hostile working environment: The owner expects you to be a mind reader 100% of the time, offers little to no feedback (when she's actually there and not at her other property in Pagosa). C-Level staff have their hands tied by the owner, rendering them useless. Horrible benefits. Time off doesnt exist since you're always on call. It's not seen as a tech firm, but rather a property investment. Dishonest management. They will flat out lie to you about reasons for being let go, while giving your co-workers and superiors an alternate story. Shady business tactics. FOIA requests show a lot pertaining to their financials, regardless of what they say... Do not work here.
