Pros
They provide you with meals, snacks and drinks. You can also get partial compensation for your public transportation ticket or petrol expenses. They have pretty modern and various equipment so that majority of working situations can be easily solved.
Cons
They want to have control over you, even when you´re not working. For example, it is not appreciated if a worker spends time on her own during her lunch break and not with other colleagues. The company is not flexible when it comes to adjusting the working process when an employee is sick but still able to work from home. You either have to go to the office or you stay at home, call in sick and lose track of your projects. Sometimes, a team leader gives controversial statements, which in the end effect makes an employee look like a bad one.
