8yYou’re absolutely right – mobile merchandisers are the “backbone” of our business and carry out an extremely important function to keeping us successful. We are actually confident that our turnover is lower than industry average but, that said, we of course want all of our employee to stay engaged with us. As for the issue around having tools to do your jobs – help is on the way!
